Salary: £25,000pa - plus bonus

Hours: Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm 

About the Role:Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by providing professional, efficient, and timely assistance to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process, track, modify, and update customer requests efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams or management as needed.
  • Handle emails and support tickets using internal systems.
  • Keep accurate records and document all customer interactions.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively using initiative.
  • Capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across teams and departments with a proactive mindset.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
  • IT Skills including:  Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
