Marketing Customer Support Administrator

Salary circa 26-29K dependent on skills and experience

Our client is an award winning artisan bakery manufacturer, founded in 1899. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Marketing customer support administrator to join their existing team.

They are looking for a methodical, bright individual who has a keen eye for detail and who can take responsibility for managing customer enquiries. This role would ideally suit an individual with an interest in marketing as the role includes organising brochures, artwork and packaging.

Role responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Completion of customer new line form spreadsheets.
  • Liaising with customers & supporting them with any product details & information, they require.
  • Using Mailchimp for email marketing to create a range of emails for different customer segments, including pricelists, company updates, requesting feedback & promotion of products.
  • Assisting with the creation & proofreading of all marketing materials such as company artwork, brochures & adverts.
  • Analysing social media & email marketing analytics to measure performance and reporting to Management.
  • Working with external agency to create story/post ideas, creation of content & approval of social media content.
  • Researching key calendar dates, creating monthly content calendars, creating social media content & scheduling the content for the bakery shop Facebook pages.
  • Working with relevant employees on the packaging design process of new & existing designs to ensure artwork is legally compliant and updated with the correct information, for both company & client artwork.
  • Handling the relationship with suppliers: requesting quotes, placing purchase orders, checking & approving all artwork, ensuring final print is correct & delivered as requested.
  • Checking & updating all content on the company website to ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Responding to enquiries on social media pages & interacting with the public.
  • Occasional writing & editing of press releases.
  • Creating pricelists, updating pricing across all systems & distributing to relevant customers.
