About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a busy estate in managing both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Errands: Run personal errands and manage household tasks as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organising personal and professional events, including dinners, parties, and meetings.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and bill payments.
