Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pack products according to guidelines and standards
- Inspect items for quality, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Experience in packing or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
