I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator for my client based in the Keighley area due to expansion. You will be joining a small team of 3 and the role is 100% office-based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (there can be some flexibility around these hours).
Main duties
- Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
- Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
- Credit Control duties
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Office management including placing orders for office and customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience in finance administration (Essential)
- Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
- Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools. (Preferred)
- Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. (Essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. (Essential)
