A highly regarded West Yorkshire practice with a great reputation within the local community is seeking to add to its commercial property team. The firm deals with a range of commercial matters, and the property department is an integral part of this broader team. They are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, sales, and development work.
  • Conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the head of the commercial property team and other members of the wider team.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and regulations. Experience in managing a caseload of commercial property matters.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • A track record of achieving billing targets.
  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent client care.
