Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in an industrial manufacturing environment? Our reputable client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join their team on a 4on/4off shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.
- Work closely with production teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Qualified in Engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
