Internal Sales Engineer - Valves
Are you an Internal Sales Engineer or have hands on experience such as a Project Engineer in the valves industry?
My client are a UK leading manufacturer of valves and are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join the team.
The Role
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to customers
- Process orders, quotations, and sales agreements accurately
- Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the external sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience working with valves
- Engineering qualification would be preferred
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
Package
- Salary to 41,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday - Early Friday finish
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension
