Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Division is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Bradford. We are currently supporting the business in their search for a Temporary FLT/Stock Controller
Working Hours & Pay for the FLT/Stock Controller
- Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday - 8am – 4pm / Friday 8am-2pm
- Rate: £14.00ph
- Temporary contract 4-6 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Store materials systematically for easy access.
- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Update inventory systems and manage stock movements.
- Assist with regular stock takes across departments.
- Prepare and package orders with correct labeling.
- Issue materials and tools per production schedules.
- Maintain stock levels to prevent delays.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts
- Keep accurate stock records.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in stores/stock control (manufacturing).
- Ability to read delivery notes & stock records.
- Strong organization, time management & attention to detail.
- Forklift license (counterbalance).
- Knowledge of health & safety in manufacturing.
