We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships within the logistics industry.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary 40,000 +5,000 car allowance +Commission
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Specifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- Experience as a BDM or sales within the Transport or logistics industry.
- 3 Years minimum working as a BDM.
- A motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth
