Staff Selection UK are currently working with a growing transport company in Keighley, who are now looking to expand their team with a Business Development Manger.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join theteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
