About the role

This is a full-time role in which you will be expected to deliver well-planned lessons coupled with strong behaviour management. The school’s vision is to develop well-rounded citizens through a balanced curriculum and requires a dynamic teacher who can think on their feet and tailor their lessons to the needs of the pupils.

This is a contract starting after Easter and will run up to the Christmas holidays, covering a maternity.

You will be working alongside an extremely supportive and collaborative department with a team of excellent practitioners. Teachers will also have access to the school’s internal CPD programme.

The ideal candidate
  • Extensive experience teaching Food Technology at Key Stage 3 and GCSE

  • Strong teaching background

  • Available for interview and observation
