Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting opportunity in primary schools across Bradford? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support pupils' learning and development.
Role Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare lessons for individual pupils, small groups, and whole classes.
- Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of a teacher.
- Assess and track pupil progress, development, and attainment.
- Provide support across different year groups as needed.
? Qualified HLTA status or relevant experience.? Confidence in leading whole-class teaching and small group interventions.? Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.? Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
