About the Role:We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in Keighley. This is a full-time position, working 4 days a week, with a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children in our care. The role is set to start in December, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can further develop your childcare career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the children's development.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain records of children's progress and development.
About You:
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in childcare settings is essential.
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with both staff and parents.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
