The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and precise setting out of construction works and providing technical guidance on the construction site. This role requires a keen understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately establish site boundaries, reference points, and levels to guide construction activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring compliance with construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of construction work to ensure it meets project standards and specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of all setting out and surveying activities, including drawings, calculations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that all setting out activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in setting out engineering, surveying, or a related role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., total stations, GPS, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Must have Sub Station experience with CAT 1-3.

Working Conditions
