Your new company

  • Working for a global leading Facilities Management provider, specializing in Total Facilities Services, working on behalf of a Industry leading Energy & Chemical company based in Fife, Scotland.

Your new role

  • This position is working as a Total Facilities Manager, responsible for looking after Cleaning, Catering, Hard Technical Facilities excluding security.
  • You will be working very closely with the client to ensure that all services are running efficiently and maintaining Total FM to the SFG-20 standards.
  • Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Projects Manager to ensure efficient communication between the company and the client.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining and managing the client relationship, going above and beyond daily duties to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • You will be reporting directly to the EMEA Account Lead/Director working closely with Global colleagues to support the client as best as possible.

What you'll need to succeed

  • We are keen to speak to experienced Total Facilities Managers or Contract/Account Managers.
  • Must have an experienced background managing technical people/Engineers, Cleaners, Caterers and clients.
  • A minimum of 2+ Years experience working as a Total Facilities Manager and have a great understanding of FM.
  • Communication skills are critical, the ideal person needs to be able to communicate to the client effectively, and going above and beyond duties to ensure that the client is satisfied and happy with the service being provided.
  • You do not need to be from a Technical background, but having a Mechanical or Electrical background would be beneficial.
