This role would suit an Engineering Manager with a background in Water Treatment Systems looking to join one of the leading Chlorine Dioxide specialists working with their award winning products.
This Role:
- Manage escalations and ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to technical support procedures.
