Business Development Executive - Property Industry - 29,000 per annum - Newly created role - Kelvedon area - 9:00am - 5:00pm
A client of ours within the Real Estate and Property industry, located on the outskirts of Kelvedon area are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a newly created role due to company growth.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying 25,000 - 29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
- Stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage client enquiries, quotations, and service delivery efficiently.
- Promote company services and provide client support via various channels.
- Attend meetings and industry events to foster relationships.
- Contribute to sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and targets.
- Produce reports and assist with tenders and applications as needed.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Business Development Executive position:
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems with a data-driven approach.
- Full, clean driving license and own transport due to remote location.
