A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Business Compliance Auditor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 35,000 - 40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct and oversee internal audits for compliance and Building Safety Case Reports.
- Develop and manage audit plans, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
- Advise staff on compliance and maintain knowledge of management systems.
- Support company-wide training and update policies based on audits.
- Coordinate and verify corrective actions.
- Represent the company in compliance meetings and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist with accreditations, third-party applications, and data requests.
- Analyse business metrics and report to senior management.
- Meet targets set by the Facilities & Finance Director and perform other duties as needed.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Business Compliance Auditor position:
- Qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, with experience as a Business Compliance Auditor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the Real Estate and Property industry
- You must be able to drive to be considered for the role due to the remote location.
