Client Services Manager - 36,000 - Property industry - 9am - 5pm - Kelvedon area
A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Services Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 30,000 - 36,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage client communications, feedback, and service delivery.
- Lead Client Services Coordinators, setting goals and tracking progress.
- Provide training and support team growth through one-on-one meetings.
- Coordinate client visits and manage scheduling challenges.
- Establish KPIs, drive performance, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to enhance client satisfaction and growth.
- Analyse feedback for service improvements and up-selling opportunities.
- Lead by example, driving a results-oriented, collaborative environment.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Client Services Manager position:
- Experience within building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within analysing data and trends for continuous improvement.
- Real Estate and Property industry experience desriable
