Client Services Manager - 36,000 - Property industry - 9am - 5pm - Kelvedon area

A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Services Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 30,000 - 36,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications, feedback, and service delivery.
  • Lead Client Services Coordinators, setting goals and tracking progress.
  • Provide training and support team growth through one-on-one meetings.
  • Coordinate client visits and manage scheduling challenges.
  • Establish KPIs, drive performance, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance client satisfaction and growth.
  • Analyse feedback for service improvements and up-selling opportunities.
  • Lead by example, driving a results-oriented, collaborative environment.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Client Services Manager position:

  • Experience within building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within analysing data and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Real Estate and Property industry experience desriable
