CR3 are currently representing a Commercial Flooring company who are seeking an Project Manager to work on multiple sites across Essex.

Duties of the Project Manager:

  • Report into the Senior Project Manager
  • Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site.
  • Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency.
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

Project Manager Requirements :

  • Experience of working as an Project Manager for at least 2 years
  • Experience in commercial sector (Flooring a bonus)
  • Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
  • Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
