A client of ours in the Kelvedon area is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. This is a new role due to business growth and will be working in a finance team of 4.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering Incoming calls
- Assisting in client queries
- Liaising with suppliers
- Processing new business applications
- Credit checking
- Processing payments
- Chasing overdue debt
- Reconciling supplier invoices
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Invoicing
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Assistant position:
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in using Sage 50 (desirable)
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience working in an accountancy role
