Maintenance Engineer

08:00am - 3pm DAYS only Monday - Friday 

One in three Saturdays required (PPM's) get a day off in the week 


The Company:

Due to investment and growth the team is looking to add a further multi-skilled maintenance engineer on days. They currently have a small team so this engineer coming in will work with a close knit team who offer a great culture. The role will be a mix of Reactive/PPM's and you will be require to work 1 in 3 Saturdays which you will then get a day off in the week. They manufacture an fmcg based product and you will be mainly working on cookers, labellers, conveyors, boilers, refrigerators and more bespoke machinery. This is ideal for an engineer who wants to get off shift and work a nice days role Monday - Friday. Training provided from day one.

Experience required for the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Have at least three year’s experience repairing an maintaining special purpose plant machinery – either bias 
  • ideally level 2/3 qualified
  • Must be multi-skilled
  •  need to be electrically competent
  • Mechanically sound – change bearings, straps, belts
  • PLC experience isn't needed for this role
