Approaching 15 years in business, our client has come a long way from a team of two brothers.

They now encompass Producers, Videographers, scriptwriters and strategists as part of a thriving multi-media marketing enterprise. As they target new business and expand nationally, they're looking to take on an ambitious graduate to help further their pipeline of new business and drive sales.

Role:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Utilize various methods and sources to generate leads, including list purchases, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to potential customers to generate interest and build relationships.
  • Generate appointments (both face-to-face and virtual) with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key target accounts.
  • Use appropriate social media platforms to engage with prospective customers.
  • Keep detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date records of both potential and existing customers.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing feedback and insights on lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Beneficial - some knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques, and CRM usage
  • Excellent communicator over the phone and on video calls
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organised
  • Previous experience working in a team
