Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring guests start their day with a delicious and memorable breakfast experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for a part-time position with a supportive team in a scenic location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to order, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
- Manage your workstation effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and hotel management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or catering environment.
- Passionate about food and committed to delivering high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
