Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site in accordance with project plans.
- Overseeing flood defense works, including embankments, levees, flood walls, and water channels.

- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records of work progress.
