About the Role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an efficient cashiering service while maintaining high standards of customer service that fosters a genuine culture focused on our members.
  • Promoting the Society's products and services to help achieve our targets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on various tasks while ensuring compliance with business controls, regulatory requirements, and codes of practise.

What You Will Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
