  • Salary: IRO £23k pa pro rata
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 14.00 hrs ideally (22.5 hrs per week)

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our client’s team as a Part-time Customer Services Representative at their Kendal office.

This role is crucial for managing orders and providing administrative support to managers.

As part of a small, established team, the successful candidate will also assist with client accounts and contribute to various customer service functions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Enter and manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Update stock availability and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing within Amazon’s system.
  • Address customer enquiries and resolve specific issues related to orders.
  • Liaise with external warehouse providers and delivery/haulage companies.
  • Support account managers and participate in regular online meetings to address operational issues and plan future requirements.
  • Utilise customer systems and SAP for daily operations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of current practices and role development.
  • Handle the picking, packing, and dispatching of small orders from our Kendal warehouse.
  • Assist in stock takes and perform other associated office tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience using Amazon’s Vendor Central system is ideal.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise effectively.
  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Calm and helpful demeanour in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage own workload.
  • Clean driving licence is advantageous.
