PART TIME Customer Services Representative
- Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
- Location: Kendal, Cumbria
- Salary: IRO £23k pa pro rata
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 14.00 hrs ideally (22.5 hrs per week)
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our client’s team as a Part-time Customer Services Representative at their Kendal office.

This role is crucial for managing orders and providing administrative support to managers.
As part of a small, established team, the successful candidate will also assist with client accounts and contribute to various customer service functions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Enter and manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Update stock availability and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing within Amazon’s system.
- Address customer enquiries and resolve specific issues related to orders.
- Liaise with external warehouse providers and delivery/haulage companies.
- Support account managers and participate in regular online meetings to address operational issues and plan future requirements.
- Utilise customer systems and SAP for daily operations.
- Engage in continuous improvement of current practices and role development.
- Handle the picking, packing, and dispatching of small orders from our Kendal warehouse.
- Assist in stock takes and perform other associated office tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience using Amazon’s Vendor Central system is ideal.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise effectively.
- Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Calm and helpful demeanour in all customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage own workload.
- Clean driving licence is advantageous.
