We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local school. This part-time role involves working closely with a pupil, providing tailored support and ensuring a positive learning environment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work 1-2-1 with a pupil, focusing on their individual learning needs.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive presence to foster a conducive learning environment.
  • Manage and support the pupil's behaviour and engagement during school activities.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational plans and strategies.
  • Mornings only or 3 full days 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • A calm, confident, and resilient personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
