**Brand New Temp to Perm Role**

Our client is a leading manufacturer of nonwoven materials and engineered papers used in filtration, energy, and industrial applications who specialise in producing high-quality products that meet the stringent requirements of our customers in various industries.

• Machine Operation:• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to keep it in good working condition.• Quality Control:• Conduct regular quality checks on produced materials to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the production supervisor.• Production Support:• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.• Safety and Compliance:• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.• Follow company policies and regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel immediately.Requirements:• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.• Ability to operate production machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.Additional Information:- Work on a shift pattern: one week on 4 days from 7am to 7pm, followed by one week on 3 nights from 7pm to 7am.Flexibility regarding the shift pattern, subject to notice periods and company needs.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £14.21-£14.92Opportunity for temporary to permanent employment.
