About the Role:As the Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Full management accounts ownership - ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Team leadership - managing and inspiring a small, motivated finance team.
  • Business partnering - collaborating with departments across the company to provide financial insights and drive performance.
  • Statutory accounts support - assisting the Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.

This is a hands-on role with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, offering you the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced and fun industry.

About You:Part or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
