You will be managing a low-volume caseload of 75 - 100 matters with work including complex registrations of land, transfer of equity, complex leasehold and complicated title issues. Value of properties do vary from small £100,000 properties to large estates in excess of £1.5 million with the opportunity to complete low value commercial property also.Case management system, secretarial support and paralegal support are all provided to allow you complete your tasks with as much ease as possible. You will form a pivotal part of this small property and be expected to work closely with a Partner and help to grow the department further.With the office benefiting from a central location with easy access for public transport and local parking this is a fantastic chance to continue your career in a friendly stress free environment.
