Position: Solicitor - Property Litigation

About the Role: An expanding Property Litigation team which is renowned in the Legal 500 for technical expertise has an opportunity to join as a solicitor with property litigation experience.

Compensation: Up to £55k DOE and PQE level plus benefits package

Working pattern: Flexible hybrid available

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload and assist senior fee earners.
  • Provide excellent client service and develop strong client relationships.
  • Draft correspondence and court papers, liaise with the Court, instruct counsel and experts.
  • Attend court hearings and meetings.
  • Support and supervise junior team members.
  • Participate in business development.

Candidate profile:

  • 0-4 years PQE in property litigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Client-focused with a drive for business development.
  • Experience in real property, landlord and tenant disputes, and contractual disputes.
