Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing legal documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm.

What you'll do:

Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, subpoenas, and contracts, with accuracy and attention to detail.Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain deadline reminders.Arrange meetings, coordinate conference calls, and facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.Organise and maintain legal files, databases, and documents, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes, in a professional and timely manner.Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.Provide administrative support, such as managing expense reports, processing invoices, and handling travel arrangements.Perform general office duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and ordering office supplies.

What you'll bring:

Experience as a Legal Secretary or strong administrative experience and a willingness to learn.Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
