Eventus Legal are seeking a Paralegal to join a well-established, award-winning firm based in Kendal, Cumbria. About the Role

The incoming Paralegal will deliver a professional, high-quality service to clients. As a valued employee you will actively promote the services the firm offers and ensure full compliance regulatory procedures and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting lawyers to manage their caseloads including drafting documents, dealing with enquiries, managing files and diaries
  • Dealing directly with clients and third parties including other side solicitors
  • Delivering high-quality and empathetic client care
  • Building strong rapport with existing clients and supporting the business development of the department and the firm

The role may include travel to other offices in the South Lakes from time to time.

About You

Are you a Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience working in a private practice? Ideally you will have experience in conveyancing or private client work, however this is desirable rather than necessary.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
