About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:
- Complete weekly planning sheets, direct contractors to ensure quality, and coordinate with the Site Manager for material availability.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and confirm operatives follow method statements and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive, Buying Department, and sub-contractors regarding customer options, variations, and issue resolutions.
- Plan and arrange inspections with NHBC and Local Authorities and accompany inspectors during visits.
- Assist with Home Quality Inspections, ensure defect-free homes at legal completion, and conduct regular post-completion visits for customer satisfaction.
- Support in maintaining site presentation standards, manage waste disposal, and ensure contractors follow proper waste separation and company policies.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 45k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
- Proven experience in site delivery, as an Assistant Site Manager managing projects from start to finish.
- SMSTS and CSCS certification required (Manager/Supervisor level).
- NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4.
- GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to inclusion and diversity.
