Don't delay and apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity with a successful company that continues to grow.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Engineers get the opportunity to cover both electro-mechanical maintenance work across the factory and you are encouraged and supported to develop your weaker side, whether this be mechanical or electrical.Your main and primary role is supporting all production machinery. This includes combating and resolving breakdowns and machinery problems. Also working through planned preventative maintenance and undertaking project work too such as new installations etc.RequirementsMaintenance or Service Engineer background in any environment, ideally industrial, manufacturing, production or automated etc. Have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold engineering qualifications at Level 3 or above - these could be either mechanical or electrical.Have good maintenance and troubleshooting skills across some of the following; motors, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, boilers, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam systems etc.Are multi-skilled across electrical & mechanical issues - either bias is welcome - additional Electronics skills, especially fault finding to component level is very useful.Good troubleshooting & fault-finding skills.Friendly and adaptable with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit teamProactive, self-starter work attitude and can be flexible and able to give & take on start & finish times when necessary.Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Site Health and Safety instructions and the Health and Safety manual & relevant engineering standardsIf this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Carl at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
