Are you a friendly and energetic individual who loves providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a prestigious Business Centre in Kendal, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and businesses, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors with a warm smile and assisting them with any inquiries
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or office
  • Providing accurate information to callers and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Assisting the management team with organising contractor visits on site
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining filing records
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
