Salary:£23,500 to £27,803 plus sleep ins paid at £65 per night (approx £3120 a year)

We are seeking a Care Team Mamber to join an incredible organisation providing support and education to young children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old who have come from traumatic backgrounds.

The service is a 24-hour programme which focuses on helping children to form positive relationships and enable them to increase their self-esteem, and acquire the skills they need both at home and at school.

Skills / Experience:
  • Sound communication skills, patience and resilience
  • Relevant Level 3 Qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Enthusiasm and Willingness to learn new skills
  • Experience of working with children
