Oaklea's Supported Living Houses, provide care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.

Support Worker - The Role:

In your role, you will be required to support people with their personal care needs, hobbies and interests and with daily activities and appointments within the local community.

You will be required to work closely within a small team. Working hours will include weekends and sleep in shifts shared amongst the team.

You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values. You must have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of people with whom the Charity works. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
