This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to financial performance across the organisation.Perfect opportunity for a newly qualified candidate from either Industry or Practice with the ambition of becoming a Senior Finance Business Partner long term. The Role:* Work closely with the financial analysis team to provide in-depth revenue insights and support financial modelling and scenario planning.* Compile and analyse financial performance reports and present key insights to senior stakeholders to aid decision- making and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.* Prepare and submit financial and compliance reports in line with industry regulations and deadlines.* Oversee and coordinate the activities of remote/offshore accounting teams, managing their workload and performance across month-end close, financial reporting, and daily operations.* Develop detailed annual and quarterly financial forecasts, incorporating historical trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.* Collaborate with operational teams to create accurate forecasts for costs and revenues, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and performance targets.* Assist in the preparation and documentation of financial statements and supporting materials for audits and compliance reviews.The Candidate:* Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of finance (if you're coming from Practice, you'll be excellent with clients). * Possess experience in supporting commercial decisions with relevant financial information.The Business:In return you'll be working for a well-known business at an exciting time.
