Key responsibilities include: Management Accounts - Overseeing the production of timely and accurate management accounts. Year-End Accounts & Audit - Ensuring smooth year-end processes and liaising with external auditors. Budgeting & Forecasting - Leading the budgeting process and delivering accurate financial forecasts. Business Partnering - Working closely with operational colleagues to provide financial insight and drive commercial success. Continuous Improvement - Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiencies. People Management - Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
