A dedicated Admin Support officer is sought to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting office functions, with a focus on managing outgoing mail and ensuring efficient document handling.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supports various office functions to ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Handles the franking and filing of letters for outgoing mail efficiently.
- Organises and maintains files and records, ensuring they are updated and in proper order.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Supports other administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the team’s efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including franking machines.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
