Job Description:
Capio Recruitment is working with an award winning, Chartered Independent Financial Advice firm on an opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join their team in Warwickshire. Our client’s ethos is to deliver a specialised service.
The role itself will be working closely with the financial advisers along the advice process, providing administrative support with duties including processing new business, answering client queries, provider liaison etc. This position would suit someone who has great communication skills and comfortable working in a professional team environment.

Required experience:
- Multiple years’ experience within an independent firm
- Key understanding with the full range of financial products
- Approachable, professional, and ambitious
- Proficient in systems such as I/O (desirable)
- Liaised with providers such as Abrdn, AJ Bell and Aviva (desirable)
