An excellent opportunity for a well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Sales Progressor who is happy to support with a little of the negotiator role as well.  The role is 80% sales progression and you will be joinng a well-respected independent agent within their office in Kenilworth. Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Package

  • Basic Salary up to £30,000
  • Annual profit share bonus - £35-40k OTE

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays only

Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities 

  • Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners 
  • Responding to emails.
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale
  • Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible
  • Effectively and calmly problem solve
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.
  • Supporting the sales team with booking appointments and dealing with enquiries

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed 

  • Previous experience in sales progression is essential  
  • Ideally you will have experience of using Jupix
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • You will have solid IT skills  
  • You will be well spoken and well presented 
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
