Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
- Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
- Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners
- Responding to emails.
- Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process.
- Gather required documents to complete the sale
- Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible
- Effectively and calmly problem solve
- Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.
- Supporting the sales team with booking appointments and dealing with enquiries
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience in sales progression is essential
- Ideally you will have experience of using Jupix
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
