Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is seeking a talented Enterprise Risk Consultant to join their centralised assurance team.Role Overview:As an Enterprise Risk Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support our client's Enterprise Risk and control activities. You will be responsible for providing consultancy services, guidance, and insights to ensure effective risk management across the organisation. Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Executive Management team and Senior Leaders in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks and controls.Responsibilities:Provide advice and support in conducting risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.Facilitate workshops with Executives and senior leaders to drive effective risk management practises.Develop and document key controls for Principal Risks, ensuring they meet the required standards.Collaborate with Risk Business Partners to deliver risk workshops and enhance risk insights.Assist in formal reporting to the Executive Team, Audit and Risk Committee, and occasionally to the Board.Guide managers across the organisation to ensure the timely availability of quality risk and control information.Contribute to horizon scanning and emerging risk identification.Foster strong stakeholder relationships with key contacts, enabling the development of risk assurance activities.Requirements:Deep understanding of the energy sector, including its structure, regulatory environment, and industry challenges.Extensive experience and knowledge of Risk Management tools, processes, and systems.Strong business change experience, including effective communication and stakeholder management.Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage.Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.Why Join our Team?Join a leading organisation in the energy sector, working with a centralised assurance team.Support Executive Management and Senior Leaders in driving effective risk management.Collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team of Risk Business Partners.Contribute to the development of risk insights and data provision.Help shape the risk culture and capability of the organisation.Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to join our client's Enterprise Risk team.
