The position is within the Data Protection team, where you will manage customer queries regarding personal data, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and experience using Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and technical solutions to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in safeguarding the company against potential financial and operational risks.
  • Implement controls to mitigate any potential risks to the business.
  • Conduct Data Subject Rights requests (DSRs) in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
