Main Responsibilities

Answering customer queries promptly and professionally

Addressing queries regarding customer's personal data in line with GDPR guidelines

Producing reports and tracking data using Excel

Sending out documentation and reports

Adhering to data protection and GDPR regulations

Producing reports for customers

Protecting employees from breaching data guidelines

Finding innovative ways to encourage customers and employees to follow basic data protection principles

Key Skills/Requirements

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in IT, especially Excel

Knowledge of GDPR and data regulations

Customer service experience

Attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree (preferably 2:1)
