Key Responsibilities

  • Answer queries related to customer's personal data
  • Adhere to data protection laws
  • Protect the company against financial and operational risks
  • Produce basic reports and track data using Excel
  • Send out documents and reports
  • Manage requests related to GDPR

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ideally, experience in compliance and/or law
  • Degree (2:1 or higher)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
