Role Overview

We're proud to be recruiting on behalf of our high-profile energy client for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst! The role will entail experience in MyHub Report Centre, HR data analysis & customer engagement within the UK FDRO (Finance & Data Reporting Office) part of Enterprise Business Services. FDRO strengthens our clients capability and efficacy of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data governance, data quality, data engineering and global reporting and analytics. With links to EBS People Services and HR Operations.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Providing accurate scheduled and adhoc reporting to business managers, HRBPs and Workforce Planners. Building complex report queries in system to extract data source reports to support the achievement of business objectives, working closely with the customer to ensure queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently such that we are responsive, reliable and easy to deal with and that data is robust and accurate.
  • Developing and maintaining written policies and procedures over the reporting process. Maintaining training guides and other documentation to share knowledge whilst driving self-service strategy across the business and improving long term business capability.
  • Providing cross company audit support for all headcount related data requests.
  • Support business transformation projects and project early life support by creating specific reporting requirements and providing reporting support, advice and training across the business landscape. Including technical knowledge transfer, data insight, training sessions and process documentation as part of separation handover activities.
  • Support the delivery of change across the reporting landscape, embracing new ways of working and owning delivery of key outcomes to drive the improvement of long-term business capability.
  • Management of offshore team in the production of scheduled HR reports. Successfully tracking daily production and communication requirements, developing and creating new onshore and offshore HR processes and supporting any queries as required. Support new team members through comprehensive one-to-one training and working as one team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent system skills - Including Power Apps experience (Experienced user of Power BI is essential).
  • Producing reports to tight timescales and clear attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
  • Ability to review, evaluate, summarise and appropriately challenge large quantities of data
  • Stakeholder management
  • A background within Finance is preferable though not essential.
